Abstrak

Transformation activity is a real strategy to help a company to plan information technology of company besides application of Re enginering strategy, Alliances and Rightsizing, to reach ad maintain the position of company superiority competition to the competitions. As the consequence from change of the complex business competition environment, the change of information technology development, architecture transformation of information technology in organizationa, and increasing costumers need for service and quality of product and service. The application transformation strategy in information technology should consider the vision and mission in information technology planing, core competence, capital or budget, human resources and the effect of information technology application for a company besides, considering credibility of vendor and determining the time to apply transformation, as in the application there are adventages and weaknesses the company might be faced by a company.
