Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Karyawan Terbaik Dengan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process


An awards for employees that given by company can encourage employees provide the best performance for the company when do their duties and responsibility. Decision-making to choose the best employees can be done by assessing the performance of employees from a certain period. KFC Gajah Mada Pontianak assessing the performance of employees from several criteria such as cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintanace, product quality, and speed. Decision support system for choosing the best employee using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), AHP can processing decission with assessing the alternative option based on criteria from the company. AHP method give the result of sorting the importance criteria and recommended employee as the best employee for KFC Gajah Mada Pontianak, criteria sorted by product quality, cleanliness, accuracy, maintanace, speed, and hospitality. Alternative matrix calculations give the result for Juliansyah obtain 53% as value of best employee, Novi Natalia obtain 24%, and Lenny obtain 23%, and employees that recommended as the best employee for KFC Gajah Mada Pontianak is the employee with the highest value, and that is Juliansyah.
