Perancangan Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management Berbasis Web Pada PD. Insis Computer


Application Customer Relationship Management (CRM) into the web-based alternative solution to the PD Insis Computer in order to determine and satisfy customer wants and needs, by providing creative solutions through a more personalized system, to expand the relationshop is more than just an investment. But can provice services with guaranteed and targeted loyalty towards bridging ties between business and customers in the long term. Through this web-based CRM applications, expected to help the management to set and maintain good relationship with existing customers, therby increasing company profits and productivity. This form of case study research using quasi-experimental research methods. Application design using extreme methods programming (XP). The research instrument using interview techniques, observation, questionnaires, and documentation study. Variable aspects of the research consisted of site content or content, interface, functionality and features of the web, navigation, and control structure information. The design of this web-based CRM application to produce an electronic marketing information systems which has two main parts page visitors and page website administrator/ the design using modularization techniques that allow a website designed can be easily be developed quiclkly without having to change the overall structure of the website.
