E-Commerce : Perspektif dan Problematika Dalam Bisnis Maya


Electronic Commerce has become a buzz word for companies over the past few years, with increased awareness about the use of computer and communications technologies to simplify business procedures and increase efficiency. Combining a range of processes, such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDl), Electronic Mail (Email), and Internet Applications, it provides ways to exchange information between individuals, companies, countries and most importantly of all is between computers. Electronic Commerce is a new way of doing business and It requires a different way of thinking. It is a new paradigm for business. Manager must to do systematic e- commerce development of strategy with System Life Cycle (SLC) of metodology to gaining competitive advantage.
