Penerapan Service-Oriented Architecture Dalam Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Medis Klinik Dokter Gigi XYZ

Abstrak

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a dynamic system development methodology. SOA combines large business processes and application structures and group them into modules called services. SOA provides a design framework in order to implement system in no time and low cost, to extend the quality of the overall system. Dental clinic XYZ needs an information system consists of 2 application types: desktop and web-based. Desktop application is best for manipulating data, because it is a rich control application. However, the web-based application is very efficient to view reports because web-based application is global. SOA can be an option to build a medical information system for dental clinic XYZ because it will reduce complexity and time to build the system.
