Perencanaan Strategi Sistem Informasi Pada PT Very Engineering Dengan Metode Enterprise Architecture

Abstrak

PT Very Engineering is a company engaged in the marketing of heavy equipment and construction. To support business processes, PT. Very Engineering has utilized systems and information technology, but its use has not been implemented in all parts. Almost all parts are still running the company's internal business processes manual and not integrated. So many problems arising in each section. Marketing On the impossibility of controlling the sales progress. Purchasing parts delays the ordering process and purchase of heavy equipment and construction to the supplier. And also the logistics section happening difficulty in identifying the availability of heavy equipment and construction is in the barn that will have an impact on the slow process of heavy equipment and construction to customers. To ensure that the company continues to survive and compete with its rivals, certainly needed a strategy to solve these problems as well as making strategic step into the power of the company in the eyes of competitors, one of them with the use of information systems and technology in line with business objectives. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Enterprise Architecture that is running on PT Very Engineering Enterprise Architecture and make proposals for the 3 years to come. Research methodology in strategic planning and information technology systems begin with the observation, a live interview on the top management is the managing director and IT manager, doing library research and analysis methods using Enterprise Architecture Bernard. With the proposed research will produce strategies and information technology systems. With strategic planning and information technology systems can be concluded that the success of the company's strategy in running its business process is supported by a support strategy and information technology.
