Pemanfaatan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Perekrutan Dosen

Abstracts: Decision making in recruiting a Lucturer used for management to determine and decide who the lucturers to be recruited easily. The decision support system uses analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method that have an objectivity to compare lecturer candidate with assess the value of criteria, motivation, communication, gestures, performance, presentation, knowledge, foreign language, and answer questions. The decision support systems in recruiting a lecturer application designed by waterfall approach and system is done sequentially starting from requirement definition until implementation and testing. The application expect to assist the process of calculation and provide the result of lectured that recomended to teach in STMIK Pontianak.
