Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemilihan Sales Promotion Girl


Abstracts: The decisions of Sales Promotion Girl selection Girl selection must have a number of clear criteria and not only rely on the beauty. Such condition can use decrease of the sales turnover, the product distribution of each segment of customers, so sales target is not achieved. This research aims to find out the criteria that should become basic consideration for the management party who takes the decision to select Sales Promotion Girl employees through the most appropriate contracts using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This method provides steps, of good subjective and objective evalution, useful mechanism to check the consistency of the evaluation, therefore the refraction of decision making can be minimized. The calculation result shows that the performance as the most important criterion is at 41%, while body language, communicating style, experience, and knowledge are at 27%, 16% 11%, and 5% respectively. Meanwhile the alternative calculation of cigarettes is recommended for Gita Pratiwi with the highest value at 38%, Ayu Novita with the value at 32%, and finally, Lila Fitria with the value at 30%
