Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Menetapkan Harga Jual Rumah Bekas dengan Fuzzy Tsukamoto

Abstracts: Setting the price of existing house is a hard decision, because there are a lot of instruments that must be considered to get the optimal point according to the market price. Purpose of this experiment is to creates a system application decision support to set the price of the existing house using fuzzy Tsukamoto method. Application is being improved with determination criteria that included location, land area, building area, number of room and the condition of existing house. Result of the application test can create an optimal score from the selling price of the existing house that almost reach with the calculation appraisal company members with 3 operator, they are Zadeh, Yagger and Algebraic. The weakness of this application is still cannot give more specifics input like existing house materials, type of soil, location, facility, etc.
