Abstrak:

Student data processing between the BAAK section and each study program in Pontianak State Polytechnic (POLNEP) so far has not maximized the information technology they have. Therefore, for better processing of student data, Enterprise Architecture is needed for good management of information technology. The purpose of this research is to design an information technology plan with Enterprise Arcitechture using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) at BAAK Pontianak State Polytechnic (POLNEP), to improve data processing and harmonize business and technology functions. Data collection methods used in this study are literature studies, surveys and interviews. The TOGAF model is used to analyze the gap between the target architecture and the current architecture. To align business functions and information technology, Pontianak State Polytechnic requires business processes, information systems and technology architecture. The results of research in the form of information technology planning with Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF to improve data processing that is integrated between BAAK with each study program so that it is more effective and efficient.
